3 Easy Ways to Know if March 2nd Should Be Circled in Red on Your Calendar

If you answer "YES" to any of the following criteria, you are in the clear!

  1.  In the previous calendar year, was your peak employment 19 or fewer? 
  2. Regardless of the size of your company, is your industry on this list? OSHA Exempt Table
  3. In the previous calendar year, was your peak employment between 20 and 249 AND your industry is NOT on this list? NAICS Codes for Electronic Submission
