The one size fits all method can result in the posting of laws that are not applicable. For example, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) kicks in when an organization has 50 or more employees. For an organization with fewer than 50 employees, this poster is not required. However, posting FMLA rules could confuse employees into thinking they are eligible for a benefit when in fact they are not.
